Today is Primary Election Day in Minnesota. The polls opened at 7 a.m. this morning and will close at 8 p.m. tonight.

Please exercise your right to vote, even if I’m not your choice. It’s a right for which our honored dead have given their last full measure of devotion.

BAGHDAD – An Iraqi journalist for one of the Middle East’s best-known satellite television stations escaped assassination Tuesday when a bomb was found under the seat of his car as he prepared to leave home for work.
